An act relating to boards and commissions.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 1273, as introduced, Grove. Boards and commissions.
Existing law establishes various boards and commissions to carry
out particular tasks, investigations, or other activities.
This bill would state that it is the intent of the Legislature to
enact legislation that would codify Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's
"Governor's Reorganization Plan 1: Reforming California's Boards and
Commissions" from 2004.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation that would codify Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's
"Governor's Reorganization Plan 1: Reforming California's Boards and
Commissions" from 2004.
