| Assembly Bill | No. 1237 |
| Introduced by Assembly Member Frazier |
February 17, 2017 |
An act to amend Section 64 of the Military and Veterans Code, relating to veterans.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 1237, as introduced, Frazier.
Veterans.
Existing law establishes within state government a Department of Veterans Affairs. Existing law provides for a variety of state benefits to veterans. Existing law establishes a California Veterans Board, for purposes of advising the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs on policies for operations of the department.
This bill would make technical, a nonsubstantive change to those provisions.
