An act to amend Section 22000 of the Financial Code, relating to financial institutions.

AB 1159, as introduced, Burke. California Financing Law.
The California Financing Law provides for the licensure and regulation of finance lenders, brokers, and program administrators by the Commissioner of Business Oversight.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that law.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 22000 of the Financial Code is amended to read:

22000.
 This division is known known, and may be cited as cited the “California Financing Law.”
