Bill Title: Relating to pardons and paroles; to amend Sections 15-22-51 and 15-22-53, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide that a specialist, in addition to a parole officer, may conduct an investigation and provide a report to the court regarding a defendant; and to make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
