FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 94 as introduced would extend the Alabama Commission on Tick Borne Illness through September 30, 2025 and allow for retroactive application. The Commission has been appropriated $75,000 from the Education Trust Fund (ETF) each fiscal year from 2018 to present. The Governor's Recommended ETF appropriation act for Fiscal Year 2023 also includes an appropriation of $75,000.
