FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 21 as passed the Senate codifies the current practice of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners by authorizing the board to charge and collect certain fees by rule. This bill would allow the board to continue charging a license verification fee of $12.50 each, and a fee to act as a continuing education provider at $75 per module, while also allowing the board to establish fees for other services. The board collects approximately $50,000 annually for these two fees.
