FISCAL NOTE
House Bill 370 as introduced would reduce receipts to the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering by an undetermined amount dependent on the number of individuals no longer licensed by the board and paying the $100 biennial fee. This bill would correspondingly decrease the administrative obligations of the Board by no longer licensing and regulating the practice of braiding.
