Summary
An Act To Establish The "mobile Personal Hygiene Pilot Program Act Of 2018"; To Provide That Pilot Program Shall Be A Three-year Program Administered By The Jackson State University School Of Public Health In Conjunction With The Aaron And Ollye Shirley Foundation; To Require The University And The Foundation To Enter Into A Memorandum Of Understanding For The Donation, Use, Maintenance And Garaging Of A Circulator Bus, Or Other University-owned Or Foundation-owned Vehicle Appropriate For The Purpose Of The Pilot Program, To Be Used As The Mobile Personal Hygiene Facility; To Require An Annual Report To Be Submitted To The Legislature And To The Mississippi Interagency Council On Homelessness; To Establish In The State Treasury A Special Fund To Be Designated As The Mobile Personal Hygiene Facility Fund; To Provide For Funding To The Pilot Program On A Phased-in Basis Through Legislative Appropriation; And For Related Purposes.
