ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- RETAIL LICENSES - Exempts the Downtown Overlay District from the provisions of this section allowing for the city of Woonsocket shall, after application, to have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any proposed retailers' license of any class.
