A BILL

To enact section 5.2292 of the Revised Code to

designate March 9 as "Meningitis Awareness Day."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5.2292 of the Revised Code be	3
enacted to read as follows:	4

Sec. 5.2292.  The ninth day of March is designated as	5
"Meningitis Awareness Day."	6

Section 2.  This act shall be known as "Tess's Law."
