AN ACT

To enact section 5.2292 of the Revised Code to designate March 9 as "Meningitis Awareness Day."

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:

SECTION 1.  That section 5.2292 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5.2292.  The ninth day of March is designated as "Meningitis Awareness Day."

SECTION 2.  This act shall be known as "Tess's Law."
