Summary

Providing that on a roadway that has two or more lanes for traffic moving in the same direction a vehicle being overtaken in the far left lane shall give way to the right in favor of the overtaking vehicle under specified circumstances; and establishing that the penalty for a violation of the Act for a first offense is $100, for a second offense, is $300, and for a third and subsequent offenses, is $500.
