Summary

Authorizing the Secretary of Human Resources, during a specified period of time, to suspend payment of temporary cash assistance to a recipient who is found to be in noncompliance with specified income eligibility standards due to an increase in a child support payment; prohibiting the Secretary from terminating the temporary cash assistance or closing the case of the recipient during the 3 months after the end of the month in which the increased support payment is received; etc.
