Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the $35 additional fee for serious traffic violations shall not become inoperative until January 1, 2020 (rather than October 13, 2014). Makes corresponding changes to the Clerks of Courts Act and the Unified Code of Corrections. Effective immediately.
