Bill Title: Amends various Acts relating to the governance of public universities and community colleges in Illinois. Requires the governing board of each public university or a community college to notify a part-time or non-tenure track faculty member about the status of enrollment of the class the faculty member was hired to teach at least 30 days before the beginning of a term and again at 14 days before the beginning of the term. Requires the governing board of each public university and community college district to provide an adjunct professor or part-time or non-tenure track faculty member hired to teach a class on campus during an academic term with free campus parking or full reimbursement for the cost of campus parking for that academic term.
