AN ACT

 

amending section 32-103, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the board of technical registration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 32-103, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE32-103.  Qualifications of members

A.  Each professional member of the board shall:

1.  Be at least twenty‑five years of age.

2.  Have been a resident of the state for at least three years immediately preceding appointment as a member.

B.  Each member who is an architect, a geologist, an assayer, a landscape architect, a professional engineer or a land surveyor shall have had at least five years' active professional experience as attested by registration under this chapter. END_STATUTE
