Summary

The purpose of this bill is to amend the venue, enforcement and rulemaking sections of the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact Act (Enrolled Committee Substitute for SB 456) to conform with the provisions of the model act provided by the Physical Therapy Compact Commission to allow West Virginia to become a participating member. Otherwise, West Virginia cannot participate in the multi-state licensure compact.
