Summary

Elections; absentee voting by persons living 15 miles from place of work. Adds to the list of persons eligible to vote by absentee ballot those persons whose primary residence, as on the registration records, is a distance of 15 miles or greater from their place of work. The bill requires that the application for the absentee ballot include the name of the applicant's business or employer, the physical address of his place of work, and the distance in miles between the physical address of his place of work and the physical address of his primary residence.
