Recognizes International Service Day as a day to appreciate citizens around the world who volunteer in other nations in service to others. Honors the thousands of U.S. citizens who participate each year in international volunteer service activities. Calls on the Administration to further develop the spirit of partnership and global service connecting the United States Peace Corps with its nonprofit, faith-based, and corporate actors in service.
