Summary

Ensure TARP Expires Act of 2009 - Amends the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (EESA) to repeal the authority of the Secretary of the Treasury to extend the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) beyond December 31, 2009. Instructs the Secretary to transfer certain unobligated TARP funds to reduce the public debt.
