Summary

Officer Sean Collier Campus Police Recognition Act of 2013 - Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to extend public safety officers' death benefits to campus police officers. Defines a "campus police officer" as a police officer who is authorized to enforce the criminal laws and is employed by an institution of higher education.
