Bill Title: As introduced, eliminates release eligibility for a person committing attempted first degree murder where the victim suffers serious bodily injury, on or after July 1, 2014, until the person has served 90 percent of the sentence imposed by the court less sentence credits earned and retained. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
