Bill Title: As introduced, creates an offense of photographing or recording the intimate parts of another where the parties agree that the image shall remain private and distributing the image with the intent to cause emotional distress, and the depicted person suffers emotional distress. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13 and Title 39, Chapter 17.
