Summary
As introduced, subject to exceptions for confiscated firearms, makes it a Class E felony offense for a person to knowingly receive, possess, conceal, store, barter, sell, transfer, or dispose of a firearm that has had the importer’s or manufacturer’s serial number removed, obliterated, or altered. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 54; Title 39 and Title 40.
