Summary
As introduced, defines "hospital-based laboratory" and "hospital-based laboratory supervisor" for purposes of the Tennessee Medical Laboratory Act; provides hospital-based laboratory supervisors the authority to supervise up to four hospital-based laboratories located in rural counties; makes certain other changes relative to hospital-based laboratories. - Amends TCA Title 68.
