Summary

As introduced, requires LEAs and public charter schools to notify parents and guardians of students who do not test proficient in mathematics on the student's most recent Tennessee comprehensive assessment program test of academic supports in mathematics that are available to the student before the beginning of the upcoming school year or during the upcoming school year. - Amends TCA Title 49.
