Summary

As introduced, exempts entities that provide job training and employment for developmentally disabled adults, which are licensed as adult day habilitation facilities and receive no direct state or federal funding, from requirements to have an individual program plan and and to provide or procure assistance for clients in locating qualified medical, dental, and pharmaceutical care. - Amends TCA Title 33 and Title 49.
