Summary

As introduced, changes from August 15 to May 15 the date by which a child must be five years of age in order to enroll in kindergarten; removes authorization for directors of schools to allow early enrollment in kindergarten for emotionally mature students who do not otherwise qualify for enrollment based on their birth date. - Amends TCA Title 49.
