Summary

As enacted, requires the department, using existing resources, to develop a conflict resolution program that may be adopted and implemented by LEAs and public charter schools to assist students in any of the grades K-12 in developing the skills necessary for nonviolent conflict resolution. - Amends TCA Title 49.
