Summary

As enacted, authorizes persons engaged in the business of towing and storing motor vehicles, or storing motor vehicles that have been towed, to remove and secure a firearm left in a stored motor vehicle if the firearm can be removed without causing damage to the motor vehicle and other conditions are met. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 23 and Title 66.
