Summary

As introduced, requires a sheriff to enforce the resolutions of the county, if the county has expressed by resolution its intent to have the sheriff enforce its resolutions, and the county has filed a certified copy of its resolutions with the sheriff and the general sessions court of the county. - Amends TCA Title 5 and Title 8, Chapter 8.
