Summary

As introduced, authorizes the commissioners of economic and community development and revenue to electronically submit their report of their findings and recommendations regarding franchise tax credits, excise tax credits, and sales and use tax credits available to certain businesses that is due every four years to the governor, the speakers of both houses, the finance, ways and means committees of both houses, and the office of legislative budget analysis. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 11; Title 12; Title 43 and Title 67.
