Summary

As introduced, removes the requirement that, no later than December 31, 2021, the commissioner, or the commissioner's designee, submit to the U.S. secretary of labor and the administrator of the national office of apprenticeship, an application to recognize the Tennessee office of apprenticeship as a state apprenticeship agency pursuant to federal law. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8 and Title 50.
