Summary

As introduced, requires homeowners' associations (HOAs) to permit the display of the flag of the United States and the Tennessee state flag on a property owner's property if the flag is displayed on a flag pole or otherwise affixed to the real property or an improvement to such property; provides that an HOA cannot require approval of a flag pole or fixture used for the purpose of displaying such flags. - Amends TCA Section 2-7-143 and Title 66, Chapter 27, Part 6.
