Summary

As introduced, requires that, for purposes of the commissioner of commerce and insurance's order disapproving a commercial risk insurer's policy form or endorsement, the date when the disapproval is effective be not less than 45 days after the order is issued, instead of not less than 30 days. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 8; Title 49; Title 50; Title 56 and Title 71.
