Summary

As enacted, authorizes members of a county records commission who do not receive a fixed annual salary from the state or the county to receive an increased per diem rate of up to $150 for each day of actual meeting instead of the current rate of $25. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 4.
