Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 50-21-107 So As To Provide That Owners Of Watercraft Of More Than Seventy Horsepower Must Carry Liability Insurance Of At Least Fifty Thousand Dollars Of Coverage Per Occurrence, To Provide Penalties, And To Provide For The Collection Of Fines; By Amending Section 50-21-10, Relating To Definitions, So As To Define Terms; And By Amending Sections 50-23-20 And 50-23-35, Both Relating To Watercraft Titles, So As To Provide For The Dual Titling Of A Watercraft And Outboard Motor.
