A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-117-10, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ALL MEMBERS ELECTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY MUST BE GRADUATES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA, BEGINNING WITH MEMBERS ELECTED AFTER JUNE 1, 2010.
