A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 15-1-315 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A LICENSED DRIVER WHO VOLUNTARILY TRANSPORTS SENIORS OR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN AN INSURED VEHICLE IS NOT LIABLE BEYOND THE LIMITS OF HIS AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR ACTS OR OMISSIONS RESULTING FROM THE RENDERING OF THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES IN THE ABSENCE OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILFUL MISCONDUCT.
