  On page 1 of the printed B-engrossed bill, line 14, restore the
bracketed material and delete the boldfaced material and insert
'or, if the project employs the use of a certified contractor,
$40,000'.
  On page 2, line 43, after the period insert 'The department
shall by rule define 'use of a certified contractor' for purposes
of this section.'.
  On page 5, delete lines 7 through 10 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + (1) The amendments to ORS 315.331
and 469B.285 by sections 1 and 2 of this 2013 Act apply to tax
years beginning on or after January 1, 2014.
  ' (2) The amendments to ORS 469B.320 and 469B.344 by sections 3
and 4 of this 2013 Act apply to tax years beginning on or after
January 1, 2015. + } ' .
