Summary

The Act creates a new pilot program to test new ways to pay for health care. The Act sets out the requirements for the program and specifies the steps that the Oregon Health Authority must take to roll out the program. (Flesch Readability Score: 70.7). Establishes the Aligning for Health Pilot Program, administered by the Oregon Health Authority, to test alternative methods for paying for health care.
