BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Bill Title: To rename part of Interstate 77 in Tuscarawas County as the "Army Corporal Keith Nepsa Memorial Highway" and to designate several memorial highways.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.376 be amended and sections | 8 |
5533.061, 5533.182, 5533.191, 5533.342, 5533.542, 5533.592, | 9 |
5533.647, 5533.649, 5533.725, 5533.755, and 5533.903 of the | 10 |
Revised Code be enacted to read as follows: | 11 |
Sec. 5533.061. In addition to any other name prescribed in | 12 |
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as | 13 |
state route number three, running in a northeasterly and | 14 |
southwesterly direction from the Knox and Ashland county line to | 15 |
the community of Amity in Knox county, shall be known as the "U.S. | 16 |
Army Specialist Ryan A. Martin Memorial Highway." | 17 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 18 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 19 |
Sec. 5533.182. The road known as state route one hundred | 20 |
one, running in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction | 21 |
between the municipal corporations of Castalia and Sandusky in | 22 |
Erie county only, shall be known as the "Sfc. Charles L. Adkins | 23 |
Memorial Highway." | 24 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 25 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 26 |
Sec. 5533.191. That portion of the road known as state route | 27 |
number nineteen, running in a northerly and southerly direction | 28 |
through the village of Green Springs within Sandusky and Seneca | 29 |
counties, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal Jeremy S. Shock | 30 |
Memorial Highway." | 31 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 32 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 33 |
Sec. 5533.342. That portion of the road known as state route | 34 |
number forty-five, commencing at the intersection of that route | 35 |
and Lisbon street in the municipal corporation of Wellsville and | 36 |
extending in a northerly direction through Yellow Creek township | 37 |
in Columbiana county to the Madison township line, shall be known | 38 |
as the "Corporal Ernest G. Madden Memorial Highway." | 39 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 40 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 41 |
Sec. 5533.376. In addition to the designation in section | 42 |
5533.37 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as | 43 |
interstate route number seventy-seven, commencing in Tuscarawas | 44 |
county at mile marker number seventy-nine and proceeding in a | 45 |
northerly direction to mile marker number eighty-one, shall be | 46 |
known as the "Army | 47 |
Memorial Highway." | 48 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 49 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 50 |
Sec. 5533.542. That portion of the road known as state route | 52 |
number six hundred seventy-six, from mile marker number twenty-two | 53 |
to mile marker twenty-three, in Washington county only, shall be | 54 |
known as the "U.S. Army Specialist Allen Nolan Memorial Highway." | 55 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 56 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 57 |
Sec. 5533.592. That portion of the road known as state route | 58 |
number seven running in a north and south direction, from mile | 59 |
marker twenty-four to mile marker twenty-two in Jefferson county, | 60 |
shall be known as "U.S.M.C. Sgt. Nathaniel Shae Rock Memorial | 61 |
Highway." | 62 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 63 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 64 |
Sec. 5533.647. That portion of the road known as state route | 65 |
number forty-three, commencing at the intersection of that state | 66 |
route and Fairchild avenue within the city of Kent in Portage | 67 |
county and proceeding in a northerly direction to the northern | 68 |
boundary of Kent, shall be known as the "Spc. Adam S. Hamilton | 69 |
Memorial Highway." | 70 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 71 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 72 |
Sec. 5533.649. That portion of the road known as state route | 73 |
number fifty-one, commencing at the intersection of that route and | 74 |
Witty road and proceeding in a northwesterly direction to the | 75 |
intersection of that route and state route number seven hundred | 76 |
ninety-five within Ottawa county only, shall be known as the | 77 |
"Officer William J. Hetrick Memorial Highway." | 78 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 79 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 80 |
Sec. 5533.725. That portion of the road known as state route | 81 |
number seven hundred twenty-five, commencing at the intersection | 82 |
of that road and Heincke road in the municipal corporation of | 83 |
Miamisburg and extending in an easterly direction to the | 84 |
intersection of that road and state route number seven hundred | 85 |
forty-one, in Montgomery county only, shall be known as the | 86 |
"Marine Corporal Paul W. Zanowick II Memorial Highway." | 87 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 88 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 89 |
Sec. 5533.755. That portion of the road known as state route | 90 |
number fifty-five, running in an easterly direction between the | 91 |
municipal corporations of Troy and Casstown in Miami county, shall | 92 |
be known as the "Pfc. Jeffrey L. Rice Memorial Highway." | 93 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 94 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 95 |
Sec. 5533.903. In addition to any other name prescribed in | 96 |
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of interstate route | 97 |
number two hundred seventy, commencing at the intersection of that | 98 |
interstate route and United States route number thirty-three in | 99 |
southeast Franklin county and proceeding in a westerly, then | 100 |
northerly, and then easterly direction to the intersection of that | 101 |
interstate route and state route number three hundred fifteen in | 102 |
northwest Franklin county, shall be known as the "Lt. Miroslav | 103 |
Steven Zilberman Memorial Highway." | 104 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 105 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 106 |
Section 2. That existing section 5533.376 of the Revised Code | 107 |
is hereby repealed. | 108 |
