HYNDMAN -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation to requiring certain reports of public authorities are published via the public authorities reporting information system The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 2800 of the public authorities law is amended by 2 adding a new subdivision 5 to read as follows: 3 5. The annual reports required by this section shall be published via 4 the public authorities reporting information system and shall not 5 require login credentials to access. 6 § 2. Section 2801 of the public authorities law is amended by adding a 7 new subdivision 4 to read as follows: 8 4. The budget reports required by this section shall be published via 9 the public authorities reporting information system and shall not 10 require login credentials to access. 11 § 3. This act shall take effect on the one hundred eightieth day after 12 it shall have become a law. EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [] is old law to be omitted.
