Bill Title: Modifies physician assistant standards in the state of New York by allowing physician assistants to practice without supervision if they have practiced for more than eight thousand hours or completed a program approved by the department of education and department of health, as well as, expanding where physician assistants can practice and their ability to treat patients; requires the department of education and department of health to develop rules and regulations for such new standards.
