An Act To Amend Chapter 916, Local And Private Laws Of 2016, As Amended By Chapter 935, Local And Private Laws Of 2020, To Extend The Repeal Date From July 1, 2024, To July 1, 2028, On The Provision Of Law Authorizing The Boards Of Supervisors Of Alcorn, Benton, Prentiss, Tippah And Tishomingo Counties To Contribute To Northeast Mississippi Community Services, Inc., In An Amount Determined By Each Individual Board Not To Exceed $150,000.00, To Be Used As Matching Funds From The State Or Federal Government; To Extend The Same Authority To The Board Of Supervisors Of Marshall County; And For Related Purposes.
