An Act To Amend Section 73-4-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That Appeals Of Decisions Of The Mississippi Auctioneer Commission Shall Be Filed With The Circuit Court Of Hinds County; To Amend Sections 73-4-27 And 73-4-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Make Certain Grammatical And Nonsubstantive Changes; To Repeal Section 73-4-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Allows Certain Persons With Auctioneering Experience To Apply For An Auctioneer's License Without Taking An Examination; And For Related Purposes.
