An Act To Establish A West Nile Virus Mosquito Management Grant Program In The State Department Of Health To Assist Municipalities And Counties In Providing Matching Funds For Pesticide And Larvicide Spray Programs, The Elimination Of Breeding Sites On Public Land, And Public Awareness Efforts; To Create The West Nile Virus Mosquito Management Grant Fund To Be Administered By The State Department Of Health; To Amend Sections 41-27-5, 41-27-13 And 41-27-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity; And For Related Purposes.
