An Act To Amend Section 11-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Release Of Damages For Property Damages And Funeral, Medical Or Other Related Expenses Incurred By Or For The Deceased By The Wrongful Death Beneficiaries Of The Deceased; To Clarify That Damages May Be Distributed Without Opening An Estate; To Allow A Full And Final Release Without Court Approval; And For Related Purposes.
