Summary

Expressing concern that Garrett County residents are unable to receive broadcasts from Baltimore and Washington, D.C. television stations; and urging the Maryland Delegation to Congress to encourage the Federal Communications Commission to amend its television market determination regulations, and to sponsor and support any legislation in the United States Congress to provide Garrett County residents with a choice to receive broadcasts from stations located in Baltimore, Washington, D.C., or Pittsburgh.
