Summary

Authorizing a municipal corporation in the State to have a police accountability board to receive complaints of police misconduct from the public; requiring the board to submit an annual report to the governing body of the municipal corporation identifying trends in the disciplinary process of police officers and recommending changes to improve police accountability; and authorizing a municipal corporation to establish an administrative charging committee to serve law enforcement agencies in the municipal corporation.
